![]() My Steam and other F4-related stuff is on my 'D' drive, but windows insists on putting this ini stuff on 'C' (or I suppose whatever drive you have Windows installed on, if you have some weird setup). Try looking under "C:\Users\\documents\My Games\Fallout4 ![]() Thank you in advance for the info and the assisted training of a novice. Is there a work-around for me? Am I just missing something terribly obvious? Do I just have to live without those mods that require that file? is the "fallout4custom.ini" only present in the ultimate edition? I originally purchased the base game when it was first released and only just added the DLCs a couple of days ago- I'm assuming this is my issue. The closest thing I have is "fallout4_default.ini" ![]() Up until this week I've been messing around with Skyrim SE, but now that I'm playing around with Fallout 4 I've discovered several references to edit the "fallout4custom.ini" file, unfortunately I don't seem to have it available. ![]() Although I've never been one to mess around with computer files I managed to get through the recent script editor update to FO4 and SSE without too much trouble, so my self-education seems to be going pretty good (it is amazing the amount of info on the net, and the problems that have already been addressed). I'm new to modding (only been at it seriously for a few weeks) and up until now I've been able to have all of my questions resolved through trial-and-error and research. ![]()
